Today I am reminded of my passion for helping to clear the abdomen. What an honor it is to work in such a sacred space, guiding through each breath to bring awareness, love, and intention to the new little life she and her husband are eagerly waiting to create. From the instant trust she had in me to the end of the 30-minute session, where tears of joy stream down her cheeks as she speaks of the lightness she feels for the first time in her belly. It's an unexplainable feeling to be called to help others in such a way.
