A night full of good food, great conversation, and even better company 💙

Our Georgia Team Up night was fun and intentional from start to finish. Between delicious bites from The Cheesy Truck, raffle giveaways with Kadiant swag and gift cards, the energy in the room was easy and joyful.

Conversation-heart icebreakers at each table helped spark new connections across the region, leading to lots of laughs, meaningful chats, and a reminder of just how special this team truly is 🙂

From a growing team and expanding services, to new technology helping our clinical teams connect with families faster and begin care sooner, 2025 brought meaningful growth and real progress. Long days, important data, and yes… a lot of caffeine fueled the work.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

None of this would be possible without our incredible team.
