Dear valued clients,

I wanted to share some exciting news with you. After much consideration, I have decided to transition from my role as a certified massage therapist to focus on expanding my Pilates teaching career.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with each of you and appreciate the trust you have placed in me. However, my passion for Pilates has grown, and I am eager to dedicate more time and energy to sharing its benefits with others.

Please note that I will no longer be available for massage appointments. The talented team at Flow State Chiropractic and Wellness will continue to provide exceptional care. 

If you're interested in exploring Pilates, I'd love to connect and share more about my upcoming classes or sessions. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to continuing our journey towards wellness in this new capacity.
