Saxophonist Prasant Radhakrishnan comes to Mountain Yoga as the featured musical guest for our next Raise the Vibe session, Friday October 24 @ 6PM

Prasant is a renowned saxophonist known for his innovative fusion of Carnatic music and contemporary jazz improvisation, who is equally notable for his deep relationship with meditation as part of his artistic practice.

For Prasant, music is a meditative act, where each note is not just performed but experienced with intention, making his art a conduit for inner stillness and connection.

"As we are getting older it is exciting to see there are still so many things we CAN do in our yoga!" says Melina Meza in this month's Mountain Yoga podcast. The newest member of our stellar staff, Melina has been gettinng rave review from our students for her upbeat, health-oriented approach to teaching yoga that keeps us happy and healthy as we age.

A yoga teacher for over 30 years, Melina knows from personal experience how our yoga needs to change as we change, and how strength shoots to the top of our priorities. Melina's classes build strength safely and methodically while allowing for everyone's individual limitations and keeping things fun and engaging.
