Daily Ayurveda is a platform to educate people about the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and make it accessible and feasable for everybody to follow. Through posting simple weekly tips, sharing informative videos, healthy recipes and inspiring blog posts, my goal is to share this ancient knowledge in clear and simple manner. Most of us live extremely busy lives, and in the hustle and bustle of modern day society we seem to have forgotten the most important thing of all, to care for ourselves. When we lose sight of our physical, mental, and spiritual well being, not only do we begin to suffer, but those around us suffer as well. The goal of Daily Ayurveda is to provide people with powerful yet practical tools that they can use to promote health and well being on all dimensions.

First we check in, then I will guide you in a particular breathing pattern as you lay down, relax and listen to a playlist. The breathing pattern helps you get out of your head and into your feeling body. Everyone’s experience is slightly different, but I can tell you it’s very powerful and there is so much relief on the other side.
