Let go of the belief that eating healthy takes too much effort or is difficult. That paralyzing thought doesn't serve you. When it comes to your health-life, mindset always comes first. Try this on: "Eating healthy is easy, effortless, and fun." 🙋
Guidelines: Keep it simple, go organic, and stay low-glycemic to prevent and reverse type 2 diabetes and keep insulin levels low. Look at my lovely platter of fresh blueberries and strawberries, raw pistachios, grain-free muffins made from almond flour, pastured butter, and decaf Earl Grey tea with whipping cream and cinnamon. 🍮
