I am honored to share the intimate space between client and counselor. In an atmosphere of compassion and acceptance, I teach breathwork, facilitating stillness and quiet; accessing the deep Self. We explore possibilities for creating spaciousness; teaching self-love and self-care as an integral part of the healing process. Hypnosis assists directly in developing calm and spaciousness, creating a sense of safety and comfort. I also offer Healing Touch (never sexual), and teach Self-Touch as well. Learning to live in this moment provides the clarity to see the many choices available to you in any given moment. Once you feel in charge of your Self (not others), you will be able to experience freedom, health and happiness. I work with issues of: Relationship - Health & Nutrition - Pain - Self-Image - Trauma - Addiction and much more.
