✅Focus on the eccentric phase (stretch of the muscle)

You’re Not Lost — You Just Need a Reason.

19 years of showing up.
Sweat. Pain. Sacrifice. Loss. Growth.

I’ve lost friends.
I’ve lost family.
I’ve lost battles I thought would break me.

There were moments I was at my lowest—mentally, physically, emotionally. Moments where giving up on life felt louder than pushing forward.

But I didn’t quit.

I served in the military.
I became a father to two incredible daughters.
I graduated college.
And I built something bigger than myself—a community where people know they’re not alone, and that I truly have their back.

Bodybuilding and fitness were never just about the physique.
They were my anchor. My discipline. My reminder that pain can be turned into purpose.

Every rep, every early morning, every setback taught me this:
You don’t need a perfect life to keep going—you just need a reason.

If you’re in a dark place right now… stay.
If you feel behind… keep showing up.
If you’re tired… rest, but don’t quit.

This isn’t just my story.
It’s proof that resilience is built, not given.

And I’m still here. Still building. Still standing. 💪
