Up your self-care game - literally
Sometimes completing that crossword puzzle, or Sudoku, or Wordle is just SO SATISFYING, right?
And sometimes we need a little nudge to put our own mental and physical health at the top of our long-ass list of things to do.
For the month of August, we're taking our love of games, dopamine hits, and self-care to make feeling good a little more attainable and fun.
