We’re excited to announce that we are kicking off our THIRD Small Group “Strength Training for Runners” with Dr. Nicole Sabes, PT, DPT NEXT WEEK!!
This program was designed for runners looking to build true strength in a safe and effective setting and is especially great for those who want to focus on sport specific performance training.
The next 11-week block begins October 6, 2025, with class options available on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday from 4:30pm at Renew Physcial Therapy - San Francisco, 659 Commercial St.

Program Highlights:
💪🏼Evidence-based pre/post-testing (quad, hamstring, hip, and calf strength, plyometric testing, and a video running analysis with Run Easi).
💪🏼11 weeks of structured strength training led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in runners.
Each week includes:
Muscle activation
Plyometrics
True strength training for efficient running
Two workouts per week (1 in-person, 1 to complete on your own with provided videos).
Small group setting (limited to 5 athletes) for personalized coaching.
