The therapeutic process can be an avenue towards self-discovery, inner peace and empowerment. As a psychotherapist and group facilitator, I have experience in working with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to explore their inner process and achieve personal transformation. I am trained in traditional psychotherapy as well as mindfulness, drama, somatic movement, and visual arts therapies. I view every negative or positive experience as an opportunity for growth, healing and discovering the beauty that life has to offer in the face of sometimes traumatic events. My special interests are in working with issues around relationships, parenting, sexuality, and cultural diversity. I have experience working with clients that are going through family crisis, with children of parents that are going through divorce and relational issues, individuals seeking partnership, clients that are looking for a career change, clients with a history in abuse and trauma, spiritual crisis, LGBTQ community and more.
