Seeds of Awareness is a local non-profit founded in 2013 under this mission: to transform schools and communities by cultivating empathy, connection, and awareness. We are a collection of interns and therapists who facilitate mindfulness-based social and emotional support programs in local communities. We provide therapeutic services via social skills friendship groups, sliding-scale community psychotherapy, and school counseling programs.
