Our dear Idamae is an incredible 108 years young & looking as beautiful as ever! All dressed up to celebrate and enjoy her specially decorated cupcakes!! We are blessed to have her in our lives. Many more sweet Idamae!!!

We are building our team and anticipate filling two RN positions- An Admissions Nurse & Patient Care Nurse. Providing compassionate care in the Garrett County community for both the terminally ill patient and family, these positions are full-time with health insurance for the individual being covered 100%, 401K with match, sick, vacation and holidays. Flexible leave. Regular hours Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Minimal shared after hours on-call time.
