Presbyterian SeniorCare Network For more than 95 years, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network has been focused on Making Aging Easier for older adults and their families.

We are a non-profit, faith-based network of living and care options meeting the needs of older adults in Western PA. Today Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is privileged to serve more than 6,500 older adults through our continuum of 53 communities across 10 Western Pennsylvania counties. Our care and service options include: personal care and skilled nursing communities, specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care, over 30 affordable and supportive housing communities, our continuing care retirement community Longwood at Oakmont, as well as in-home and community-based programs.

🎨 Creativity was in full bloom at The Willows thanks to a special visit from Fine Art Miracles!
Residents enjoyed a hands-on art therapy session, using bright colors and patterned paper to create beautiful fall-inspired pumpkin collages. More than just a craft, this was a meaningful opportunity to express creativity, spark conversation, and enjoy the simple joy of making something together.

🐾 It was off to the races at Southminster Place! 🐶💨
Residents enjoyed a creative twist on a wiener dog race—each named their own pup and rolled the dice to see which lucky dachshund dashed ahead. The fun built with every roll until a winner crossed the finish line!

Adding to the excitement was our four-legged mascot, Link, the real wiener dog, who stole hearts and cheered on his cardboard competitors. 🐕💕

Residents at Woodside Place of Oakmont recently welcomed Driver the therapy dog for some tail wags, gentle snuggles, and joyful connection. Moments like these remind us that companionship—whether two-legged or four—is powerful! 💛

We had the pleasure of welcoming students from the Western Area Career & Technology Center to our Washington campus! 💜

During their visit, the students participated in Dementia Live®—a powerful, immersive experience that offers insight into what it might be like to live with dementia. Through this training and other hands-on activities, these future healthcare professionals gained a deeper understanding of person-centered care and the importance of empathy in every interaction.
