Friends we are fully into the new year so I (Kelly) wanted to take a moment to summarize what Sunday Rise and Flow is all about. This is an all levels class with a simple goal of you leaving the mat feeling better than when you arrived. It is the perfect time of day to warm the muscles increasing flexibility, mobility and blood flow. You will leave the mat feeling energized but not spent. Join us at 9:30am on line or in studio.
