I weigh MORE now. And I’m proud of it.
I know when you look at these pics you might think,
“Oh, she looks the same.”
But trust me, there’s a BIG difference.
This is what consistency does.
I have more muscle now 💪🏼
More strength.
More confidence.
I’m about the same size, I may look similar…
but I am NOT the same woman.
And I don’t want to be.
I want to be wiser.
More vulnerable.
More joyful.
More alive.
More grateful.
More humble.
More unapologetic.
Stronger.
More inspiring.
More ME.
Ladies—STOP measuring your worth by a number on a scale.
You are SO much more than that.
As we age, the goal isn’t anymore to be thin.
It’s strong.
It’s healthy.
It’s mobile.
It’s energized.
It’s living well for a long time.
✨ Muscle = longevity. ✨
If you want real progress, look at:
✔️ how your clothes fit
✔️ how you feel
✔️ your energy
✔️ your strength
✔️ your confidence
✔️ progress pics (if they’re not triggering for you)
Because body composition will fool you if you only look at weight.
Muscle weighs more than fat.
So if you’ve been consistent… YES, you might gain weight.
And that’s a GOOD thing.
Keep going.
Don’t give up.
It takes time—but it is SO worth it.
Because YOU are worth it. 💖🔥
You are worthy of a joyful, strong, healthy life.
