On 5/21 many around the world will be celebrating World Meditation Day, and I would love to honor this special day together 💫

For my regular Thursday 7PM class, I’ll be offering an extended soundscape during savasana for extra relaxation, grounding and nervous system reset 🌙

This is a very gentle slow flow yoga class designed to help you soften, slow down and reconnect with yourself 💛 No experience needed.
