Our aggressive discharge planning ensures an individual has all the adaptive equipment, home modifications, and training to ensure success once they are at home.

Merry Christmas from our FAMILY to yours! Our holiday dinner was full of love and laughter!! So glad we could all come together even during a snowstorm! I hope everyone had as much fun as we did. A lot of work goes into this event and it’s always so worth it!! Our dietary department really nailed it, this event couldn’t happen without them!!! 🎄♥️
