Located in Oaktown Indiana, 20 minutes from either Vincennes Good Samaritan Hospital or Sullivan County Community Hospital. Our small, home town, country atmosphere and excellent care is worth the drive. The goal of Oak Village Healthcare is to help individuals achieve their highest level of independence. Our aggressive discharge planning ensures an individual has all the adaptive equipment, home modifications, and training to ensure success once they are at home.

Oak Village is a place where the unexpected is always anticipated, and we make a conscious effort to incorporate the outdoors into our daily lives. The past week has been particularly eventful, with a heartwarming visit from Mike the Alpaca, that brought smiles to everyone's faces. Our activities are thoughtfully designed to promote fun and engagement. Life at Oak Village is never dull!!
