Happy ! Today we feature Josh, one of Gabrielle and Cody's patients.

After a shoulder injury that required surgery by Dr. Patrick Reardon, Josh began physical therapy at the South County location. It's been a long 12 weeks on the road to recovery, but he's excited to get back to lifting and working out again, and back to his job in the National Guard.

“They really work with you and cater to the individual rather than just follow a script," Josh says. "They’d let me know when they felt like I was strong enough to progress to the next weight, for instance. As corny as it sounds, it does feel like a family here.”

Happy Opening Day, St. Louis! ⚾

To celebrate, we had PT Ryan (a former baseball player himself but unfortunately a Chicago Cubs fan) show a young patient a proper hitting stance. We also showcased our very own Clydesdale horseshoe, given to PT Andrew and the gang in gratitude for excellent care.
