I founded Dragonfly Health & Wellness because I discovered that I have a passion for supporting the healing of others, and promoting their wellness by helping them to tap into the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Through massage therapy treatments, I can help relieve your pain and tension, increase your range of motion, promote faster healing and recovery from injury, help prevent in

jury, prevent lymphedema, increase your circulation, and improve your overall feeling of well-being. Through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy I can facilitate the body’s natural wisdom and allow innate intelligent processes to arise and bring about authentic physiological and psycho-emotional change. The body’s own priorities for change are listened for and encouraged to arise. The art of the therapist is to connect with the underlying forces of health and facilitate a process of natural reorganization. These forces express as subtle motion of tissues and fluids that can be felt by sensitive hands. A Reiki attunement can improve the flow of energy along your meridians, clear and balance your chakras, and promote healing and an overall sense of well-being. Private Kundalini Yoga Instruction will teach you a complete yoga practice that you can incorporate into your daily life, according to the needs of your own body to promote good health, healing, stress relief, and balance. Instruction in specific Kundalini Yoga Meditations and Pranayams to support your needs is also available. Through Health & Wellness Coaching, Career & Life Coaching, and Image Coaching, I can guide you to a healthy lifestyle, your life’s passion, and the image to support it.
