Metta Wellness Center offers professional, therapeutic massage, yoga studio & sound baths. I have been a massage therapist since 2000. I studied massage at Nevada School of Massage Therapy - Las Vegas campus & Thai Bodywork School - Evanston, IL. I have continually pursued continuing education in the massage field as I feel a therapist can NEVER have too many tools in their massage toolbox to help their clients. I have been a yoga teacher (500-RYT) since July 2018. My services range from achieving pain relief (acute and/or chronic pain as well as helping with post-surgery issues) to general wellness and/or relaxation. My absolute favorite specialty is Thai Bodywork and Clinical Thai Bodywork/Trigger Point Therapy due to it's amazing results. I offer different services depending on your needs and wants for your particular session that day.

I have all the props needed for sound baths (including padded mats and/or zero-gravity chairs). Pre-registration required (up to 1 hour before sound bath start time). NO walk-ins. Sound baths scheduled under "Classes" tab.
I HOPE to be moved to the final (permanent - seriously) location by the end of the year - possibly sooner). It will be business as usual at the current location until then.
Remember: My business property IS for sale. Zoned B-2 with 2 office buildings and one storage building on 0.53 acres located just 5 minutes North of Downtown Ocala Square. B-2 Zoning allows you to work and live on the property, if desired.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW POLICY: Cancellations and/or rescheduling must be made no less than 24 hours prior to massage/bodywork session (1 hour for yoga) or a $25 fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. No Shows will be charged full price.
