Well let’s get right to it. 👊 Many of you are aware that the FDA took Tirzepitide off the drug shortage list December 19th and gave a 60-day⏰️ window to switch patients to another compound (i.e. semaglutide) and cease compounding Tirzepitide. That does NOT apply to FarmaKeio Pharmacy Network because of the lawsuit they filed along with the Outsourcing Facility Association. They are protected by court order to continue filling scripts for Tirzepitide, “business as usual” until additional court proceedings at which time that may or may not change. As of now FARMAKEIO CUSTOM COMPOUNDING will be the ***ONLY*** 503A pharmacies that can legally continue to compound Tirzepitide.
