Our next Soulful Sunday gathering- Restorative Yoga with Reiki and Sound Healing is scheduled for

Sunday October 12th- 11am- 12:45pm

✨️Restorative Yoga is a practice of deep stillness that nurtures the body’s rest and digest state, supporting nervous system balance and healing. With the use of props such as blankets, bolsters, pillows, and blocks, the body is fully supported in gentle, restful poses, inviting profound relaxation.

During the practice, Autumn offers hands-on Reiki to each participant, creating a deeply nurturing and restorative experience. The session concludes with a soothing sound bath meditation, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

**To ensure comfort and an intimate setting, space is limited to 5 people. Please sign up in advance to reserve your mat.

✨️September Reiki Special ✨️

As the seasons shift, nature reminds us of the beauty of letting go. 🍂 Just as the trees shed their leaves, we, too, are invited to release what no longer serves us and prepare for a more reflective season ahead.

This September, I’m offering a special two-part Reiki experience designed to support that process:

✨ One 60-minute Reiki session — a deep, intentional clearing to release what you no longer need.

✨ One 45-minute Reiki session — a follow-up for balancing and fine-tuning, helping your system feel more grounded and aligned.

💫And as a special gift, each client will take home a piece of quartz or rose quartz that I personally dug from the Hogg Mine in Georgia — a crystal to support your healing beyond your session.

Special rate: $180 (normally $200).
Sessions must be booked in September.
