✨ During Long‑Term Care Administrators Week, we are especially grateful for Life Care's Executive Directors who carry that responsibility with such excellence. 💐 The largest of congratulations to Patti on returning home with her daughter!

Patti's therapy journey with us started when she arrived dealing with complications from a previous stroke. She was completely dependent for her mobility and self-care and was unable to swallow safely, which meant she had to use a feeding tube.

🌟 Our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists wouldn't give up on helping her to recover. Patti quickly became part of our Ocala family. We celebrated each milestone with her along the way, encouraging both Patti and her family. She was recently able to complete her inpatient therapy program. She is able to assist her caregivers with her care and is able to safely eat meals again without the feeding tube. 👏

We are overjoyed to see Patti and her family take this leap, and we wish them nothing but continued success! 🩷

Today, National Caregivers Day, we recognize all types of caregivers 🫶: our associates who bring compassion and professionalism to their interactions with our residents; family members who lovingly care for their loved ones; and other professionals in the healthcare industry who take care of those who cannot take care of themselves.

Together, we bring more than just "services." We bring love, comfort, and the dignity every person deserves. ☺️
