The Community Navigator Resource Fair is coming to Ocala this Saturday! Join Transitions Life Center (TLC) and the Marion County Hospital District (MCHD) on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 11AM–2PM at the Mary Sue Rich Center, 1821 NW 21st Ave, Ocala, FL 34475.

This free event connects caregivers and families supporting loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities to 20+ local organizations — including Disability Rights Florida, The Arc of Marion County, LifeStream, SMA Healthcare, VITAS Healthcare, Goodwill Industries, CIL, and more. Raffle prizes included!

TLC's Marion County - Community Navigator program, funded by MCHD, provides free assistance and local resources and serves Marion County families at no cost regardless of age.

The Nurse-Family Partnership offers evidence-based home visiting services for pregnant women and new moms affected by substance use. Specially trained registered nurses begin support early in pregnancy and continue through a child’s second birthday.

Through education, health screenings, parenting guidance, and community connections, this program helps improve pregnancy outcomes, child development, and long-term family stability. Services also extend to fathers, caregivers, and siblings because healthy families thrive together!
