The Nurse-Family Partnership offers evidence-based home visiting services for pregnant women and new moms affected by substance use. Specially trained registered nurses begin support early in pregnancy and continue through a child’s second birthday.

Through education, health screenings, parenting guidance, and community connections, this program helps improve pregnancy outcomes, child development, and long-term family stability. Services also extend to fathers, caregivers, and siblings because healthy families thrive together!

We're proud to partner with SMA Healthcare, who provides on-campus medical detox, residential treatment, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), peer recovery support, and ACCESS Center services, ensuring individuals receive comprehensive care when they need it most. They have two campuses to support residents in Marion County.
