Over the next few weeks, our three clinics around Ocala and The Villages will experience a temporary reduction in schedule and capacity as we go through a provider transition. Dr. Thomas L. Johnson II and Josh Jurczak, NP will both be leaving our practice. Dr. Johnson will be available to see patients through September 19.
We’ve taken early action to ensure you have a seamless transition of care with the recent hiring and soon onboarding of two additional Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to our team, Amy Klimek and JoAnna Jensen.

While we actively recruit a new allergist, Board-Certified Allergists from other clinics within the AllerVie Health Network will be overseeing our Advanced Practice Providers to ensure you continue to receive the best care.
Our top priority is your continuity of care and continuing to meet your allergy and asthma needs. During the reduced capacity this summer, patients can schedule appointments (both new and follow-up) at any other AllerVie Florida location.

Our clinic in The Villages, located at 13710 N. US Hwy 441, Suite 200, is officially closed.

Effective Monday, April 3, 2023, all patient care will be provided out of our newly combined and consolidated clinic locations. Over the next few weeks, our staff will be contacting you to reschedule any upcoming appointments.

US Hwy 441, Suite 200, and transition patients over to our two new sister locations in The Villages on Brownwood Blvd and La Grande Blvd. These clinics are more spacious and convenient, which will allow us to better serve you, increase scheduling availability, and provide even more service offerings to you over time.

Our last date of service in our existing The Villages location (13710 N. US Hwy 441, Suite 200) will be on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Effective Monday, April 3, 2023, all patient care will be provided out of our newly combined and consolidated clinic locations. Over the next few weeks, our staff will be contacting you to reschedule any upcoming appointments.

Earlier this year, we announced that another local allergy and asthma practice in our community, Allergy Sinus & Asthma Family Health Center, has joined AllerVie Health, and was soon to become part of our existing practice at Allergy & Asthma Care of Florida.

As part of this strategic partnership, we decided to close our clinic in The Villages located at 13710 N. US Hwy 441, Suite 200, and transition patients over to our two new sister locations in The Villages on Brownwood Blvd and La Grande Blvd. These clinics are more spacious and convenient, which will allow us to better serve you, increase scheduling availability, and provide even more service offerings to you over time.

Shot Clinic Update!

Our shot clinic will see a few schedule changes this week.

On Thursday, Feb. 23 the Ocala office will have a delayed opening for shots with the first shot given at 9:30 am. On Friday, Feb. 24 The Villages location will be closed for shots.

Shot Clinic Update!

Our shot clinic will see a few schedule changes over the next couple of weeks.

On Friday, Feb. 17, the Ocala office will close early, and the last injection will be given at 12:30 pm.

On Thursday, Feb. 23, the Ocala office will have a delayed opening for shots, with the first shot given at 9:30 am.

Lastly, on Friday, Feb. 24, The Villages location will be closed for shots.

Next week, February 6-10, and next week only, our shot clinic will have a schedule change.

Our Ocala office will only give allergy shots on Tuesday and Friday, and The Villages office will only give allergy shots on Monday and Thursday.
