Are you a compassionate nursing leader with a heart for home health? Our Ocala-based team is growing, and we’re looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to help lead with purpose, compassion, and clinical excellence.
As a key part of our leadership team, you’ll guide our clinicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and play a major role in shaping care across Marion County and surrounding areas.
📍 Location: Ocala, FL
🕒 Schedule: Full-time
🏡 Setting: Home Health Care
We're looking for someone who:
✔️ Is a licensed RN in the state of Florida
✔️ Has experience in home health care leadership
✔️ Knows how to lead a team and stay survey-ready
✔️ Is passionate about improving patient outcomes and empowering staff
✔️ Has a deep understanding of the Ocala community (a big plus!)
