Olive Om uses an approach of gentle flow, restorative, pranayama (breath work), meditation, philosophy, chanting and Ayurveda.

Hey there!

I wanted to give my followers and clients a heads up that my profile picture and content has been stolen from my main page and is being used under a fake account to harass others. This same person has attacked this profile with insults due to anger of my husband and I having worked in LE and got big internet angry. Feel free to disregard the poor quality of human that is impersonating and harassing me.
