๐ Now that I've graduated & my diploma has officially arrived, it's time to get my pages up & running!

๐ I became a Kinesiologist, who specializes in Functional Wellness, because the medical system failed me. For nearly 30 years, I lived with pain & symptoms that were brushed off & minimized. I searched for answers, only to be dismissed or told "it's all in your head." Living with severe challenges that weren't taken seriously left me feeling completely in despair, and left to figure it all out alone.
๐ Instead of giving up, I chose a different path. I dove into research, movement, the functional aspects of wellness, & mind-body connection; what I discovered changed everything. It wasn't all in my head, I had Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, as well as numerous comorbidities. Through kinesiology & functional wellness, I learned how to support my body, rebuild strength & balance, and finally feel in control of my health again.
๐ช Now, I dedicate my work to helping others who have walked a similar road. If you've ever felt dismissed, misunderstood, or left without answers, know that you are not alone. My mission is to provide support, knowledge, & tools so you can thrive with confidence.
