Did You Know? The Police Department has a drug amnesty program to combat the and provide real help.

Launched in 2018, the Heroin/Opioid Amnesty Program aims to assist individuals in overcoming addiction. Through this program, anyone struggling with addiction can come forward without fear of arrest and be placed into a licensed treatment facility—completely free of charge. This initiative is proudly sponsored by the Marion County Hospital District.
