And our pick is… The Chicken Noodle on the left! They both have a lot of sodium, which is another topic, but look at the added sugar!
There are 20 grams of added sugar in the tomato soup on the right. (The average packet of sugar is about 3 grams). So the tomato soup on the right contains nearly 7 packets of sugar!
While organic and non-GMO is a much better option, still take a moment to look at the label.
If you are struggling with neuropathy, your weight, or just want to improve your overall health and vitality, take a look at the added sugar. Divide by 3 and you will have an estimate of how many sugar packets you will be consuming. It really puts it into perspective!
