After serving Poplar Bluff citizens for 8 years providing compassionate, personalized and state-of-art urological care Dr CHAKRABARTY has closed his office. We appreciate your support and hope we have been able to provide you and your family with expert and timely urological care.
For active patients in the last year, most of your office records have been sent to your primary care physician’s office. We had a glitch in the phone lines that was outside our control and we are in the process of recifying it. Meanwhile if you still need records please call (573) 206-3100 and we will fax them to your primary care physician.
