We rolled out the red carpet this week for an inspiring time in Orlando with our SNAP (Stop Now And Plan) Lead Teams—uniting to share wins, strategies, and renewED commitment to Florida’s youth. Sharing best practices with others serving our SNAP youth and families left everyone feeling energized and focused on the work ahead. Thank you to everyone who participated and for all you do—we look forward to another productive year ahead!

We had a great time this week at the National Safe Place Network conference in Orlando! We were able to connect with other Safe Place agencies from around the country and learn more about how to support at risk youth.

Thanks to NSPN for hosting such a fun and informative event!

Last week was a blast at the Kennedy Space Center🚀

Did you know that without our donors, we wouldn't be able to afford these incredible out-of-town trips?
Whenever we receive additional funding, we aim to fill school breaks with as many trips and activities as possible!

Thank you to all the amazing individuals and businesses that have donated this year, making the summer of 2025 memorable for our clients! 💚💚💚

The Brannan Center is getting a fresh coat of paint!!!

Thank you to Crosse Point Church for kickstarting our project by painting the trim last week.

The Cross Pointe students jumped right into painting while the adults in the group played games with clients in our emergency shelter!!

📣 Big news from the Florida Network! We recently had the opportunity to meet with the Department of Juvenile Justice’s Probation and Community Intervention team — including leadership from DJJ Headquarters, Regional Directors, and Chiefs of Probation — to share our progress on rolling out SNAP Youth Justice. We’re proud to announce that by July 1, 2025, SNAP Youth Justice will be available for probation referrals in every judicial circuit across Florida. 🌟 Together, we’re creating stronger support systems for youth and families statewide.

Sharing is caring, and Mrs. Lyn/Counselor , one of our AMAZING counselors, is truly one of the most caring individuals we know!

Mrs. Lyn has taken the time to compile a list of food pantries in our area to share with her clients, and now it is available to everyone!

Everyone in Marion County deserves access to food. No one should go hungry!!!
