Modern life keeps the body in stress mode almost all day long.

Sitting for hours.
Driving in traffic.
Standing at work.
Mental overload.
Constant notifications.
Very little real rest.

Over time, tension starts showing up physically through tight hips, stiff shoulders, shallow breathing, fatigue, and soreness that slowly starts feeling “normal.”

Sometimes the body doesn’t need more intensity.

Sometimes it needs slower movement, deeper breathing, mobility, and space to finally unwind.

Sometimes it’s asking for slower movement, deeper breathing, and a moment to reset.

That’s one of the reasons we created our Gentle Yoga for Stress & Stiffness class this Friday at 6 PM 🤍
