Self-Care
I think we all know that we need this now more than ever.
But what does the term "Self-Care" mean?
The answer is that it means something different for every one.
But a few questions you can ask yourself are:
What makes me feel good about myself?
How can I treat my mind and body well?
Where can I add self care to my schedule?
How will Self-Care make or "Me Time" make me happier?
Though there are plenty of things out of our control right now, choosing to carve out some meaningful time in your day whether 15 minutes or a couple of hours is in our full control.

Pour Into Yourself
