Introducing our newest class….
BLISS ✨
This is your 45-minute reset button.
This class is designed to get you out of your head and back into your body.
We’ll move right away with 5 traditional Sun A’s + 5 traditional Sun B’s to build heat and clear mental clutter.
Then we soften into a few yin poses, drop into breathwork, and finish with a long, grounding shavasana.
Some days may include sound bowls.
Every day includes space to breathe.
This is for:
• The busy minds
• The overthinkers
• Anyone craving presence
