Brainspotting is a type of therapy that helps people process and heal from emotional pain or trauma by using the connection between the eyes and the brain. Our trained therapist helps the person find a specific eye position—called a “brainspot”—that seems to link to where the brain is holding onto unprocessed feelings or memories. The brain works through those deep emotions, sometimes without needing to talk much about them. It’s kind of like unlocking a hidden room in the brain where tough experiences are stored, so healing can happen naturally. We are seeing great success with this therapy! Our menstrual cycle is seasonal.

🌺 Spring (Follicular Phase):
New follicles develop in the first phase of the cycle, inspiring growth and renewal, like spring blooming. There is a sense of hope & excitement in the air.

☀️ Summer (Ovulation):
The peak of fertility when an egg is released—vibrant and full of energy. We have increased libido, increased activity, and improved sleep during the ovulatory phase.

🍂 Fall (Luteal Phase):
Transition period where hormone levels change; if no pregnancy, it signals preparation for rest. We are introspective and somber. Fall has calmness to it.

❄️ Winter (Menstrual Phase):
Shedding of the uterine lining—rest, renewal, and the cycle begins again. We release emotional and spiritual energy built up through the month.
