Are your elbows helping your movement… or blocking it? 👀
In this Health Made Simple episode, Donna Woods and Alejandra Gonzales break down how locked joints can restrict breathing, tension, and connection.

When your elbows and shoulders are rigid:
• your breath becomes shallow
• your movement becomes restricted
• your connection weakens

But when you soften…
Everything starts to flow.
Your body is designed to move in three dimensions -
not stay locked in place.

Next time you ride, notice this… are you soft or tense? 👇

When locating ting points on the hoof, many practitioners visualize the foot almost like a pie shape — dividing it into sections to locate where the meridian points intersect around the hoof wall.

Each point corresponds with a meridian pathway, making the hoof an incredibly important area in equine meridian therapy and light work.

Understanding the layout is often one of the first steps in learning how practitioners assess ting points and observe potential imbalances.

Did you know ting points are located around all four feet? 🐴

A real-life story from one of our Photonic Health family members. ✨🐴

After discovering a gash above her horse’s eye, Taryn S. began a calm and consistent Multi-Light routine from Friday evening through Sunday morning.

Her routine included:
🔹 Blue light for 30 seconds
🔴 Red light in 30–60 second intervals
⏸️ 30-second breaks between rounds
🔁 Repeating the process 3x, twice daily

But beyond the visible changes, what stood out most was how her horse responded during the sessions.

With consistency and patience, the horse began settling more deeply into the process — becoming calmer, more relaxed, and more trusting throughout each session.

Sometimes the most meaningful moments aren’t just about what we see externally… but how the body responds when given time, consistency, and care. ✨

Thank you, Taryn, for sharing your experience with the Photonic Health community. 💛

Have you noticed changes in your horse’s demeanor or relaxation during light sessions? We’d love to hear your experiences below. 👇

Breathing isn’t just automatic… it’s powerful. 👀

In this Health Made Simple episode, Donna Woods and Alejandra Gonzales break down how your rib cage is constantly moving - expanding and contracting with every breath.

And most people don’t even realize it.
When you become aware of your breath, you start to understand:
• how your body moves
• where tension lives
• how to create space within your movement

It’s simple - but it changes everything.

Try this right now - did you feel your rib cage move? 👇

Your horse’s face holds more information than most people realize. 👁️✨

This tiny point beneath the eye is known as Stomach 2 (ST2) — an acupoint connected to the Stomach meridian in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In meridian work, points around the face are often observed for:
• tension patterns
• sensitivity
• eye and sinus area connection
• relaxation responses
• overall energetic balance

Sometimes the smallest points create the biggest shifts. 🐴

One of the things we love most about meridian-based work is how connected the body truly is. What looks like “just the face” may actually be part of a much larger conversation happening throughout the horse.

Have you ever noticed your horse soften, blink, lick/chew, yawn, or release tension when working around the face?

Ting points are considered the beginning and ending of the body’s meridians - and for many practitioners, they’re one of the very first techniques introduced in equine meridian work.

Located around all four feet, these points are often used to help assess energetic balance, observe deficiencies, and support overall wellness through light therapy and point stimulation.

It’s a simple concept… but an incredibly fascinating one once you begin learning how connected the horse’s body truly is.

Have you ever heard of ting points before? 👇

“Sit up straight.”

We’ve all heard it… but what if that’s actually creating tension? 👀
In this Health Made Simple episode, Donna Woods and Alejandra Gonzales explain why your spine is designed with curves - not rigidity.

Those curves:
• absorb movement
• allow flexibility
• create fluid motion

When you force stiffness, you lose connection.
Movement isn’t about being rigid -
it’s about being responsive.

If you know… you KNOW. 😂🐴

Horse owners can somehow tell the difference between:
✔️ normal horse weirdness
and
❌ “call the vet immediately” weirdness.

It’s basically a sixth sense at this point.

“I found out I had three spots wrong.”

After doing the protocol for months.

That’s how important clear education and close-up guidance can be 👀

One of the things we care deeply about at Photonic Health is helping horse owners feel more confident in:
✔️ acupoint placement
✔️ light therapy protocols
✔️ understanding how the body responds

Because sometimes the smallest adjustment can make the biggest difference.

We’re incredibly grateful for feedback like this 🤍
