Students explored procedure rooms, learned about lung health, and how technology has advanced using the Monarch, toured our biplane room, and saw firsthand how we treat strokes. They also visited one of our Cath labs to discover the latest technology in heart care. We are proud to be Marion County's only accredited HeartCare Center, delivering the highest standard of cardiovascular care close to home.

Today, we celebrated with a ribbon cutting for our new Family Medicine Residency Practice, bringing quality, compassionate care to our community while training the next generation of healers.

The clinic, which is the first of its kind in the Ocala area, will serve as a training ground for the hospital’s inaugural class of Graduate Medical Residents, who will work alongside experienced physicians to deliver compassionate care that supports patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

This facility includes 20 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, an on-site lab, a classroom, a library, and 15 offices for our dedicated care teams. Together, we’re building a healthier tomorrow, one patient and one resident at a time.
