✨And just like that… ✨
The final full moon of the year arrives wrapped in the quiet power of winter. The Cold Supermoon, magnifying everything we’ve been carrying, everything ready to be released, and everything longing to be seen with new clarity. This moon has a charge to it… a bright, crystalline energy that asks us to pause, breathe, and honor the truth bubbling beneath the surface.

If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quieter on socials lately… It's intentional. I’ve been keeping to myself - in my practice, with my family, and guiding my SOL Mastery clients through their own deep transformations. I’ve been listening inward. Resting fully, as my human design requires. Letting things reshape themselves from the inside out.
And now… I’m slowly coming out of the quiet.
There is so much about to take form - stay tuned for what’s unfolding. 🌙✨

On this Day of Remembrance...

While the nation takes a day to honor Columbus, may we turn our awareness toward the original stewards of these lands - the Indigenous tribes who lived in deep relationship with the Earth long before colonization.

This practice of acknowledgment is something I weave into my retreats - a small but meaningful act of remembrance. In countries like Australia and Canada, this is done regularly… a collective intention to honor and acknowledge those who came before us and hopefully begin to heal the colonial wounds of our ancestors on these lands.

✨Land Acknowledgment

With gratitude and deep respect, I honor the Unkechaug, Secatogue, and Shinnecock tribes — Algonquian-speaking peoples including the Montaukett, Canarsie, Matinecock, Massapequa, Merrick, and Secatogue - who inhabited these lands for thousands of years.

The Secatogue tribe, in particular, lived in the area now known as Islip and Fire Island - once called Sictem Hackey, meaning “Land of the Secatogues.”

May our remembrance be an offering of peace, healing, and connection. 🤍

🌀Sunday Sound Bath & Meditation tonight at 6pm at Windswept in OB.

Continuing tonight and every Sunday through September, we gather in community to relax, reset, restore, and reconnect.

Sound baths have an incredible ability to take you quickly into a deeply relaxed, meditative, almost dreamlike, state. That state between sleep and awake… the state where deep healing occurs in every cell of the body.

This week, we're melting into the sunset and smoothing the edges with soothing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls and guided meditation.

✨ Open to all — no experience needed
🧺 Bring pillows & blankets for extra comfort, if you like (mats provided)

🌕 Blood Full Moon – A potent time of illumination and release. What’s been hidden rises to the surface so we can let go of old patterns that no longer serve us.

🌞 Solar Eclipse – A cosmic reset button. Eclipses accelerate change, pushing us toward new directions and opening doors we may not have considered.
