Saturday at the salt wall begins with peace.

This class is intended to help promote personal and shared peace. Movement mediation is the modality used in class to foster peace of mind and emotional well being while exploring the fundamentals of qigong - balance, coordination and longevity. Proceeds will benefit movements that work towards global and local peace efforts such as the Builders Movement.

Body Prayer Flow weaves together mindful breathwork, slow-flow vinyasa, and deeply nourishing Yin-style postures to create space for both strength and surrender.

Meet Helen, certified Kundalini yoga teacher, retired HS Spanish teacher, Permaculture Instructor, garden grower, B & B hostess, Dog (whisperer) sitter, and soul proprietress wakes in the morning with the excitement of a child, an intentional perspective and attitude that has taken a lifetime of cultivation.

This bubbling, replenishing fountain of joy has propelled her to offer us what she calls “Integrative Yoga”, an interdisciplinary, profoundly personal, take-what-you-like and put it into practice, practice, practice LifeStyle. Her soulful yoga classes include yin, chants, taoist self healing exercises, Kundalini “recipes”, meditations, and breath work. Helen is deeply embedded in soil health, regeneration, fire ceremonies, cultivating food forests, kundalini and karma yoga.
