12/31/2025 An offering to you. 🦋
A writing Reflection and creating exercise …Releasing, Remembering, Embodying. The sweet spot between
The past and future.. presence

WRITING SPACE.. I like to create a space that will invite writing. For me, that is uncluttered, with a simple flower or a focal point of nature, a candle, and soft lighting.

SIT.. cozy up with a favorite tea in a space where you can be uninterrupted.

MEDITATE.. For just 5-10 minutes to empty the mind of its busyness.

REFLECT.. On what is under your skin, what unfolds in your mind , your heart and on your feet. What affected your life and spirit this year. (directly or indirectly)

WRITE.. I tend to write randomly across the page, you can add colour, drawings, calligraphy, wherever and however the heart moves you to express yourself.

With an overtone of self compassion, remind yourself; “I did the best I could with what I knew and had.”

Put your reflections on paper; whatever you experienced in the year that is coming to a close. The highlights and the lowlights that affected or altered you from who and how you were at the end of the previous year. Write facts, feelings and lessons. Reflect on the scope of being alive, in your body, in the world, in these times. Write about what drained your energy, what restored it. What made you suffer and what you’re grateful for.

I’d suggest writing in point form to start, you can always go back and expand on them later. Sometimes the points are enough.

There is no rush, and you can always lay down the pen and add to it at another time. This is an opportunity to embrace the gift of this life and how we show up for it.

May we all have the courage and endurance to embrace what unfolds in life with love, no matter what. May simple and genuine happiness be ours to share.
All love in the coming year - 🌱❤️🌞✨🌙🙏🏼 Holding so much gratitude for this journey we call life, Jenn
2026 will hold many blessings ❤️

October is one of my favorites for slowing down, embracing nature and letting go before the rest
Of winter..

Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

In a world that moves faster every day—where our calendars fill before our hearts can catch up—nature reminds us of a different rhythm. The steady unfurling of a fern, the slow drift of clouds, the way sunlight shifts almost imperceptibly across the forest floor—all whisper the same wisdom: there’s no need to rush what is meant to unfold.

When we adopt the pace of nature, we begin to honor the cycles that govern all living things—growth, stillness, renewal, and release. A tree does not bloom in every season. Rivers don’t rush constantly; sometimes they pause in quiet pools. Even the most radiant sunrise takes its time.

This pace asks us to:

Breathe deeply before reacting.

Listen longer before speaking.

Move intentionally instead of urgently.

Trust timing instead of forcing outcomes.

In your own life, this might look like taking a walk without a destination, pausing before you open your inbox, or letting a creative idea simmer instead of sprinting to completion. Nature teaches us that patience is not stagnation—it’s ripening.

When we align with her rhythm, our bodies soften, our minds quiet, and our intuition becomes clear. Growth happens not in the rush, but in the gentle consistency of showing up—day after day, breath after breath—like the sunrise returning to the same horizon, always new, always in time.

So today, step outside. Feel the air move across your skin. Watch something living and notice how it takes its time. Then, let yourself match its pace.

You might find that what you were chasing begins to come to you, naturally

Small Changes, Big Impact:

How incorporating micro rituals can transform your wellness routine.

“ Your level of success will rarely exceed your level of personal development because success is something you attract by the person you become." Jim Rohn

In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life, often losing sight of the bigger picture and long-term goals we have set for ourselves. However, it is the small, seemingly insignificant actions we take on a daily basis that can ultimately lead to the realization of our macro visions. These small actions, known as micro rituals and patterns, play a crucial role in creating change and achieving our goals.

Micro rituals and patterns are the consistent, daily practices that we engage in without even realizing it. From the moment we wake up in the morning to the time we go to bed at night, our lives are filled with these small habits that shape our daily routines. Whether it's making a cup of coffee in the morning, going for a run after work, or setting aside time for meditation before bed, these micro rituals and patterns have the power to transform our lives in profound ways.

Consistency is key when it comes to practicing micro rituals and patterns. By committing to small daily habits, we can create a sense of structure and routine in our lives that can lead to long-term success. Whether it's setting aside time each day to work on a passion project or practicing gratitude before going to sleep, these small actions add up over time and contribute to achieving our larger goals and aspirations.

One of the most powerful aspects of micro rituals and patterns is their ability to create change in our lives. By incorporating small, daily habits into our routines, we can gradually shift our mindset and behavior toward the realization of our macro visions. For example, if your goal is to improve your physical health and fitness, incorporating daily exercise and healthy eating habits into your routine can lead to significant improvements over time.
Mindfulness and intentionality are also key components of practicing micro rituals and patterns. By being present and aware of the actions we take on a daily basis, we can ensure that they align with our values and goals. By setting clear intentions and purpose behind our daily practices, we can cultivate inspiration and fulfillment in our lives, ultimately leading to a more meaningful and purposeful existence.

Finding motivation and joy in the process of change is essential when it comes to incorporating micro rituals and patterns into our daily lives. By connecting these small actions to our personal values and goals, we can stay inspired and committed to our journey of transformation. Whether it's finding joy in the process of learning a new skill or feeling a sense of purpose in helping others, micro rituals can help us stay motivated and fulfilled in our daily lives.
