Hello All.

Just checking in before I check out again. I wish I could use this space to clear my throat chakra, but it is my business account and I need to keep it zen.

The Studio will be closed for a bit whilst I go exploring. Sessions are all booked, there is a wait list, and the online scheduling system is turned off until I get back (the beginning of August).

If you need some bodywork, OC and the surrounding area is saturated with amazing therapists. Don’t be afraid to try someone new to you.

I tell my clients that they should have at least 2-3 massage therapists in their arsenal so they never have to worry about receiving consistent bodywork.

Every time you arrive for a session—whether it’s with your long time therapist or someone you are trying for the first time—always arrive with an open mind and let yourself receive the care without expectations with healing intentions. You may be surprised how many “favorite” therapists you can accumulate in one town. ☮️

According to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, H.R. 1 will slash healthcare funding by $1.1 trillion, with $930 billion in Medicaid cuts, and cause 11.8 million Americans to lose access to their health insurance. These are not just numbers – they are human beings.

Passage of this bill is a devastating blow to millions of Americans who rely on Medicaid. Nurses see firsthand how critical Medicaid is as a lifeline for families, seniors, children, and those living in rural and underinvested areas.
