It’s always tough to lose a staff member, especially one that’s been here for 29 years! Today is Lisa’s last day as she transitions into retirement and life as a full time grandma. Hopefully she won’t be a total stranger, as she may be available to fill in on occasion if someone is on vacation. We wish her the best of luck and a happy retirement!

The discs are the shock absorbers of the spine. They are little gel-filled cushions between the vertebrae that also allow movement of the spine.
