Announcement for Awakened Spirit. We are now officially a shoes free zone. Leaving the energy of the world we walk in just outside the door so we bring nothing old in on your session. You will see a basket for your shoes and a little seat to sit on has been added to the lobby. I also wanted to share the newest addition to the studio. A lovely client gifted me a Beautiful new plant and pot. I have the best clients!! 🙌✨🙏

What a Glorious Day!! I Love Love Love it, when the weather is so Beautiful on my day off!! I had some homework to complete for my upcoming Breathwork Facilitator class that starts next week, and I was able to do it while sitting in the sun!☀️ This is the face of a Happy woman! ☺️ Feeling Excited for Spring and Optimistic about this year!

If you are free this Wednesday from 4-5:30ish, please stop by! My new work neighbor is having an open house/ribbon cutting event and all are welcome. I will be there with my studio open if you haven’t made it in to get a massage yet, but always wanted to see where the magic happens.
