After many years in the fitness industry I wanted to dig deeper into helping others feel better and progress in their fitness and health goals. After suffering a major concussion and receiving tons of treatment, I was blown away with the positive effect massage therapy and muscle manipulation had on my healing process. We live in a stress driven world which can be overwhelming. Juggling family life, Jobs, and whatever responsibilities on your plate- you need to take the time for YOU. So many of us (myself included) are guilty of neglecting our own needs that it can create a negative ripple effect and cause unhealthy and other long term problems. Peace out DMV….the road to my CDL was quite literally a bumpy journey. It tested my patience and taught me my own going battle of responding and not reacting. I failed a few things along the way but not my road test! I’m officially a bus driver with my CDL License🚌 Let’s go COUGARS 🐾….you can catch me driving our athletes to all of the games, tournaments and field trips . I feel so blessed and full of gratitude. Real ID to CDL….that escalated quickly😁oh yea I changed my hair too.

Literally crying putting this together…I can’t believe my baby is 16…where has the time gone? I remember going into labor and you just doing things your way. My little pumpkin 🎃 you are so talented, kind, funny, smart and one of the best things to ever happen to me. Happy Sweet 16 Baby Girl-My Cae

Round 6 of chemo for my Stepdad, Michael.
This journey has been long, heavy, and stretching in every way — but God. ✝️
His strength has carried Michael (and all of us) when ours ran out.
I’ll be wearing this hat each round as a reminder to pray without ceasing and to keep my heart anchored in faith.
