After many years in the fitness industry I wanted to dig deeper into helping others feel better and progress in their fitness and health goals. After suffering a major concussion and receiving tons of treatment, I was blown away with the positive effect massage therapy and muscle manipulation had on my healing process. We live in a stress driven world which can be overwhelming. Juggling family life, Jobs, and whatever responsibilities on your plate- you need to take the time for YOU. So many of us (myself included) are guilty of neglecting our own needs that it can create a negative ripple effect and cause unhealthy and other long term problems. Everyday I watch the cardinals and birds outside my window….

Seeing a cardinal, especially a bright red male, often means hope, love, and spiritual messages, frequently interpreted as a visit or sign from a departed loved one, symbolizing their presence or a reminder of enduring love. They also represent new beginnings, transformation, resilience (as they stay year-round)

Ring ring 2026 is calling….so I’m getting a jump start on my goals. 2025 you have been cruel, hard and exhausting…BUT you won’t take me out. Grief is a bitch-kids torturing your kids sucks, friendship is hard and I want to stop doing push up’s on my knees. I have noticed that it is so easy to complain , get caught up in your feelings and fall victim to your circumstances but watching my step Dad Michael fight like hell has been the most inspiring thing I have witnessed. Michael I love your tenacity, strength and faith! We all have choices to give up, give in and quit-but quitting is for losers. I am grateful for my health and realized I most definitely took it for granted. No more! Our culture/society is killing us, stripping us down emotionally and many just go with the flow….stand up and fight for your life and your peace and punch your past in the face. If you want to make some changes and live a life to the fullest -not just busy-ful…start living. Make some small changes 💕sincerely a fed up 39 year old perimenopausal hot mess mother just holding it together…peace out 2025✌🏼
