☀️Beach Yoga Classes this week ☀️

If you want to squeeze in a little more beach yoga this year, this is your chance! As temps get cooler the likelihood of pop up beach classes dwindles significantly.

Please note all classes are weather dependent. I am keeping an eye on the wind speeds for Friday & Saturday and if a class is canceled, it will be announced here and on the website beach yoga page. No announcement means that class is on 👍🏻

Paddle & Meditate is hosted on the back bay in Ocean City in conjunction with

We first paddle around the bay - beginners welcome - you don’t even have to stand if you’d rather stay seated on your board - and then head to the floating dock for a guided meditation & a little Reiki 💆🏻‍♀️

$60 per person with board rental included; $35 if you have your own board

The last two weekends I’ve offered a Saturday morning Sunrise Beach Yoga and it’s been such a wonderful way to start the day! One more opportunity to join us on Saturday, August 30th at 6:15am.

Regular beach yoga classes continue through Monday, September 1st - 8am - everyday except Weds & Sat

Classes are $16 adults / $12 kids 12 & under

All ages & abilities are welcome to join us! We’ve had from 6 years to 81 years in class on the beach! It’s never too early or too late to start something new!

❤️ Absolutely love my clients and watching their journeys unfold. I remember the first day Linda walked through the doors of my original space in 2019. I joke about it now, but if you told me that day that she’d later travel the world with me, I think we both would have been like uh, doubtful! It’s been a treasure getting to know Linda and watching her heal and spread her very large wings and fly 💕

I love everything I offer, and the ways in which the things I offer touch people and help them transform their lives.

Our first ever sunrise class was a success! Beautiful morning, perfect wind and sights, an almost empty beach.

And a bird pooped on me while I was teaching this morning - a sign of good luck! 🐦‍⬛

Happy “Jersey Shore” style Bachlorette weekend to these lovely gals celebrating Cat’s upcoming wedding to Marc on October 25th in Santa Monica! ❤️💍👰🏻‍♀️

This group traveled from Chicago, California, and NY to celebrate the weekend together and they unintentionally matched their yoga fits (minus one espresso 😉).

They enjoyed an hour of beach yoga (on the bay in Ocean Gate!) followed by a sweet circle for the bride to be. Thanks so much for allowing Soul Dreams Studio to be a part of your weekend together 👯‍♀️

The winds were stronger than usual but 29 of y’all showed up this morning to practice in the sand. Some familiar faces, some brand new faces, all ages, new to yoga, new to beach yoga, or practicing yoga forever.

What connects us is the thousands of years old practice of yoga and a love of the beach, the smell of the salt air, the feeling of the Earth beneath our feet, the sun shining and the wind on our skin. Or maybe just the desire to try something new.

If you haven’t joined us yet, we are waiting for you!
