Two getaways, two very different parts of the world!

In Costa Rica, you’ll spend time by the Pacific Ocean, enjoying the warm air and ocean breezes, soaking up the sunshine and pura vida vibes.

There are two opportunities for excursions to snorkel, sightsee, and swim in bioluminescent waters, plus go horseback riding, visit waterfalls, experience a mud bath and soak in volcanic hot springs. This four day adventure is perfect to welcome in Spring and shake off the cold of winter.

In Iceland, you’ll explore the Southeast Coast, one of the most popular destination spots for this Nordic Island.

Visit famous waterfalls, soak in luxury hot springs, hike to a thermal river, enjoy horseback riding along the seaside, search for the Northern Lights and soak up the incredible beauty of mostly untouched nature in this six day adventure.

We welcome everyone to join us on our retreats! No yoga experience is needed.

While our retreats are structured, all offerings are always optional.

Our retreats include either all or most meals (check each individual retreat listing for specific information), lodging, daily yoga and/or meditation, cacao ceremonies, all transportation within the destination country, and a mixture of adventure and relaxation.

This lovely bride scored a fantastic November day for her Bachlorette beach yoga yesterday morning! Congrats to Toni & Anthony on their upcoming April wedding 💕💍
