Ashtanga Yoga is a different way to learn yoga. We work together to create a practice that works for you. We build that practice breath by breath and pose by pose.
Practicing in this way can help you develop body awareness, breath/movement coordination, strength, flexibility, and more.
For me, it’s a movement practice that helps me develop a much needed discipline of stillness. I practice, get my wiggles out, and sit before my higher power with focus I struggle to find in my day to day. This practice is a tool. A tool for deeper connection.
