🌞We have called in the Sunshine! Enjoy this beautiful amazing day and then come top it off with SHiNE dance tonight at 5:30pm with Amber Carl 🌞

There are some people who have sun inside them. It's hard to explain. Their presence just brightens, it's not about their beautiful smiles. They have an internal being that sheds light and feels like sun. It's a calm energy. Inner peace. But most importantly, it's not wanting anything in return. It's sun.

Happy Saturday! We received a message from one of our members who is on vacation - see below - we are so very proud of Kaye and the amazing things she is accomplishing. Be like Kaye and move your body, see what it can get you into!

👋"Greetings from Budapest, Hungary! Yesterday I visited Elizabeth Tower, which is the highest point in the city. To get there, we rode a chair lift, then there was a 10-minute walk up a VERY steep road, and THEN there were 100 steps up to reach the top of the tower.

I was at least 15 years older than anyone else in the tour group, and they asked if I needed help, if the needed to slow down for me, etc.

I said, “Heck no! I take Shine classes with Carl l!!!

And, not to brag TOO much, but I was the *first person * to reach the tower AND the *first person * to reach the top of the tower.

We have the OS Pride Youth Wave Dance Party! The Mind Body Soul Festival is in town and Soul Center, SRM Skincare and Rose Glaser will all have booths together there! Wheeew!
