Yesterday, 3MA had the privilege of providing an Industry Update to the MS Medical Cannabis Advisory Board during their public hearing in Jackson. During the presentation, we were able to highlight some key regulatory & statutory challenges for industry growth, including:

- Patient Attrition

- Testing Challenges

- Eligibility limitations

We were also able to offer simple solutions that members of the committee may be able to implement to alleviate these issues.

We want to thank the members of the committee, the MS Department of Health and the MS Department of Revenue for providing us the opportunity.
