From CNA to LPN, Janay Adams has grown her career with CES through dedication, compassion, and a commitment to making a difference. After completing nursing school, she reconnected with the CES team and chose to continue her journey with us—a decision that’s led to meaningful impact and growth.
In her current role, Janay’s days are a blend of structure and unpredictability, keeping her work both challenging and rewarding. She plays a key role in planning and coordination and works closely with our Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to ensure wound ratios remain stable.
💙 What drives Janay? The opportunity to make a real difference every single day—whether it’s helping a patient recover, supporting families, or simply being present during vulnerable moments.
One unforgettable moment in her career was helping treat patients involved in wound care after an accident on one of our sites. Thanks to her dedication, all injuries were resolved within four months.
